SCHERERVILLE, JULY 4TH FIREWORKS SHOW: June 30th 2023, A fireworks show will be held at Rohrman Park to celebrate the 4th of July Every year the Schererville Parks and Recreation department hosts a fireworks show at Rohrman Park a few days prior to the 4th of July. The show starts at dusk. Those wishing to attend should try to come early. Bring chairs, blankets, and snacks. SOUTH HAVEN JULY 4TH PARADE: 2023, The parade take place on July 4th at 11am. Entrants will line-up at Saylor Elementary School (331 Midway Dr., Valparaiso IN 46385) at 11am. The parade route will begin at Saylor Elementary School and head west on Midway Drive to McCool Road, north on McCool Road to 750 N. and west on 750 N. to the American Legion Post 502 (479 W. 750 N, Valparaiso, IN 46385). The review stand will be located at South Haven Elementary School (395 Midway Dr., Valparaiso, IN 46385). Refreshments will be served and awards will be presented in the Legion Hall immediately following the parade. The Annual and popular July 4th Festival is held at Town Hall Main Square Park. There will be Art and craft booths, and food vendors along with live entertainment every day. In addition, there will be carnival rides, a parade, and live bands every day.
