Elvis FANtasy Fest

The 26th Annual ElvisTM FANtasy Fest held at Woodland Park Community Building, Portage, IN will kick off on Friday night, October 11th, 2019 with a Welcome Party, hosted by local crowd pleaser, Quentin Flagg.  New this year is a youth talent show which will run from 6-7 pm followed by a rock review  “Raised on Rock” featuring our  headliners.

Saturday kicks off with an opening ceremony at 11 a.m. followed by Round I of the Elvis Tribute Artist Contest.   EFF is proud to partner Elvis Presley Enterprises by holding one of their preliminary contests for the 2019 Ultimate Elvis Tribute Contest to be held in Memphis as part of Elvis Week 2019.  This year, EFF welcomes over 20 Elvis Tribute Artists coming from as far away as California and Texas who will compete at the two day contest to win a spot next year in Memphis.

The main headliner show, “That’s the Way it WAS”, welcomes back last year’s ETA champions Quentin Flagg (IN), and award winning artists Cote Deonath, (FL),  Robert Washington (MO)), and Jake Slater (MI).   Fans will enjoy taking a trip through Elvis’s movie and concert years. The contest and shows are backed by Chicago’s Change of Habit Tribute Band.

Doors open Sunday at 10 a.m.  Join us for brunch and a southern Gospel Music Hour followed by the finals for the ETA contest.  A special finale celebrating the Special Olympic Athletes will take place followed by the announcement of the contest winners.

Food is provided throughout the weekend by the Porter County Special Olympics. Fans will have a chance to visit dealers of Elvis memorabilia who attend.  Part of the fundraising activities include a huge basket raffle along with an Elvis Auction.

Tickets can be purchased on line @ www.elvisfantasyfest.com and will be available at the door.
