Senior Health Fair Portage

       Area agencies, organizations and community groups are invited to participate in the Portage Senior Health Fair on Thursday, May 19th 2022. The Portage Senior Health Fair will be held from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon at Woodland Park in Portage, located at 2100 Willowcreek Rd., Portage, 762-1675, or 764-5736.

     Portage Parks is happy to celebrate our 16th year, and the Portage Senior Health Fair keeps getting bigger and better! The Mayor’s Advisory Committee on Senior Services is inviting you to be a part of the Portage Senior Health Fair.

     The vendor fee is $50.00 per table to participate, which will help defray the cost of a luncheon for the seniors and for the publicity (Scholarships are available to non – profits and governmental agencies). All vendors and screening participants are required to complete and sign the att ached Registration/Hold Harmless Agreement. The signed form must be returned to the Portage Parks Department , along with a check for $50.00 per table, by Monday, April 20th.
     Vendors are welcome to have a door prize drawing at their table. The agenda for the Senior Health Fair will include an address by Portage Mayor. Booths will provide health screenings and valuable information on healthcare, wellness programs, recreation, advocacy and self – development in the Portage community.
     The seniors/Health Fair attendees will be provided with a free lunch, compliments of the Portage Senior Health Fair. Free bus service will be provided for those seniors who are members of the Bonner Center. Vendors and attendees alike look forward to  being a part of the Portage Senior Health Fair.
