The Antique Market of Michigan City announced its plans for the re-opening on July 4th weekend, 2020, at 3703 N.E. Frontage Road – I-94 & US 421, Michigan City, Indiana.
The Annual Christmas Walk is held the Second Weekend in November (13th – 15th, 2020) and their Annual Flea Market is Held in the summer.
The Market boasts over 140 dealers with only fine antiques & collectibles, such as furniture, glassware, pottery, vintage clothing, estate jewelry, books, railroadiana, coins, war memorabilia, stamps, nautical antiques, display items, lighting & lamps, dolls, doll house items, religious, reference books, and more. The Antique Market is all on one level and easily handicap accessible.
The Antique Market is located in an idyllic setting with plenty of parking, clean restrooms, coffee & cookies daily, tv lounge area, and many more amenities to make your shopping venture a fun one. They are part of the “Antique Mecca” of LaPorte County with many more shops and malls in our county. Voted best Antique Mall in Northern Indiana by the local readers.
In order to protect the public, staff, and volunteers from COVID-19, certain restrictions will be in place. Masks are required of all visitors upon entering the building, and everyone will be required to wear masks for the entire duration of their visit at the Museum. Gloves and hand sanitizer will be available to all visitors.
If there are special circumstances that make the wearing of a mask difficult, or if these restrictions should interfere with the public’s enjoyment of their visit, the Antique Market recommends postponing the visit until the time when the restrictions can be eased.
