The Aukiki River Festival will be held from 9am-5pm Saturday August 28th, 2021 and Sunday, August 29th from 10 am-4 pm. The Aukiki River Festival is a Historical Timeline starting with early American Indians, through the 1930s. Interact with the groups that are there, watch muzzleloaders shoot their guns, sit down and work on a quilt, dance to the music..
Plus so much more. American Indian encampments, traditional live music, quilting party, Jubilee, paddle dance, demonstrations, encampments, Civil War re-enactment, period costumes, 1934 Ford Car on display, 1099 Baums Bridge Road, Kouts, admission is $3. 219-766-2302.
