Calumet Forum Programs 2020 – 2021
Calumet Revisited, a monthly forum on the Region’s past, present, and future, continues as guest speakers shed light on its rich history and environment.
For this school year, the Tuesday discussions will be held via Zoom at 5p.m.
This year’s speakers are Nov. 3, 2020, Eli Suzukovich on Native American life in the Calumet Region and Dec. 1, 2020, Gloria Orozco, on volunteer opportunities at three sites, Whistler Woods, Beaubien Woods, and Kickapoo Woods.
In 2021 our Jan. 5th, 2021, guest will be Dick Lanyon, on his new book, Calumet, First and Forever, Draining the South Area and Territorial Expansion. On Feb. 2, 2021, Donna Resetar will discuss dragonflies that inhabit the Region, and the season will end on March 2, 2021 with speaker Geof Benson.
