Panoramanow contributing writer, Valencia Renee Dantzler aka Mother Diva, talk show host, media personality, community activist, and Official Madam Ambassador of House Music and All Electronic Dance Music never thought she would be suing one of the biggest pop artist on the planet for emotional distress right at the very location she calls “her house” Chicago’s Daley Plaza Court Building.
However, in an ironic twist it is the most disturbing, diabolical, traumatic, unsafe, tangled web of deception, this love story consists of 3rd party stalking, harassment, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor through social media (a common Facebook offense that you will ever read about.)
Life for me in Chicago was rough. I was mixed race and chubby but very pretty. I suffered from being sexually molested at 5 years old in a church bathroom by a 15 year old female. In addition to that I was being abused by my mother, a multiple church choir gospel singer/seamstress. She started cursing me out at 3 years old. Which is why I’m a curser today, thanks Geraldine. My mother was also mixed race Irish, English and Native American, however her culture was American-African because that’s how it should be stated. My mother’s family’s dynamic was very unique she was considered a little white girl being raised by a black woman who lived next door. My mother’s foster mom was also very abusive to my mother.

When I turned 6 years old my mother threw a can at me and the lid cut my finger. At 10 my mother stabbed me with a knife. I called my father and asked him to take me and he said he would but he never did. My father meant the world to me he showed me unconditional love and I knew in my heart even at 10 there was a good explanation of why he didn’t remove me from that situation or my Aunt, his sister didn’t help either. I found out years later it would have been a major court custody case and due to my father’s work hours I would have ended up with my Aunt Vera but at least I would have had a stable loving home. They just didn’t know how to fight but what hurts me is they never tried.
I’m still angry in some ways that my Dad and my Aunt didn’t fight for me. I even had cousins who couldn’t have children that wanted to adopt me but my father refused. I felt unprotected so I learned to grow thick skin and became very rebellious. This trauma I endured is why I fight so hard to protect children, seniors and be a voice for the voiceless. To add insult to injury my father was killed by a drunk driver in 1985. I was just 14 years old, 3 weeks before I graduated from Elementary School.

I am fighting to get stronger DUI Laws passed. I was inspired by Cook County Circuit Court Judge Kathleen Lanhan, who I jokingly refer to as my beautiful Irish sister.
Everyday my mother told me she hated me and wished death on me to the point at 13 years old I tried to commit suicide. I took a bunch of pills. We lived on the 22nd floor and I was scared it would hurt if I jumped out of the window. For many years I felt like a coward because I didn’t jump. After the suicide attempt. My half sister took me in for a few months but as a young 27 year old who lived with her fiancé, she really was not equipped to handle a wild emotionally disturbed teenager. So I ended up back with my mother and endured more emotional abuse. Because I had been molested at a young age it opened up my sexuality and began engaging in sexual activity at a very early age, but not penetration. My virginity was broken with full penetration at 12. My boyfriend was 12 as well. At 13, I began a sexual relationship with a 20 year old that lasted 3 years. I was very promiscuous most of my life.
To get me through my childhood, I found refuge in house music and Break Dancing. My two favorite films “Breakin” and “Breakin 2: Electric Boogaloo.” Ironically 2024 commemorates the 40th Anniversary of both films.
I lived across the street from Imports Etc., a house music record store. I wanted to be a DJ ! I bought all these records. I remember flipping through the crates and came across this record “Jack Your Body,” by Steve “Silk” Hurley.

Over the years battling with my weight, I encountered some health conditions. I also was a smoker of cigarettes and quit of course. I found out at age 45 in 2016 after I had a blood clot in my leg that went to my lungs that I was born with an Atrial Septal Aneurysm with a PFO. An ASA is a small dent on the wall of my heart. In some cases it can cause an irregular heart beat which can lead to a blood clot in the artery. A PFO is a hole. (My hole never closed from birth). Triggers such as emotional distress can cause heart palpitations which I would get from time to time when triggered. I was also diagnosed with Bradycardia, a low heart rate. The National Library of Medicine explains how emotional distress can trigger these conditions
I was actually diagnosed with several different health conditions and I’m still standing, fighting, dancing, and still beautiful. Over the years I would periodically travel to the west coast on entertainment business. I begin to develop relationships with other entertainment professionals. After all I was ” The Mother Diva” and a lot of these individuals in our industry needed a mother. I became a mother figure stage mom/ godmother to about 7 highly profiled young singers, actors, reality stars. I would give them career advice, relationship advice and sometimes health advice. They are my children, even though they are young adults. I love them as if they came out of my own body.
One of them and she is referred to as “Jane Doe” to protect her privacy is very special and means the world to me. Jane is a rebel and endured the same experiences I encountered growing up. She is a beautiful, talented singer/songwriter and actress. She has publicly shared her trauma in various interviews.
Jane had been sharing with me since 2019 her on again off again relationship with Justin Drew Bieber. They had been in love since they were teens. Justin was Jane’s first sexual experience and Jane told me Justin said it was his first time. Jane also told me Justin’s security detail Kenny Hamilton knew about their secret relationship. Justin and Jane went through their ups and downs, break ups and make ups like most couples experience. He was seeing other women and began dating Selena Gomez.
Jane told me their relationship was all a publicity stunt. Hollywood often pairs famous people together and the industry makes money off the image.
Justin also started developing a relationship with Hailey Baldwin.
Finally Jane had enough and broke up with Justin. She moved on with her life and got married. It was one of those impulsive got drunk in Vegas and got married situations. Her new husband LT was a handsome actor/real estate mogul who went to church a far opposite from Justin Bieber.
Soon after her marriage. Justin pops back up into her life again and convinces her to leave her husband and come back to him. Well this was her first love so she leaves LT and gets back with Bieber.
A short time after that, Jane discovered she was pregnant. She told me Justin was excited about the baby. After all he was having a baby with the woman he was so in love with; a woman who left her husband for him.
Jane was excited as well, this baby meant everything to her because she often felt isolated and mistreated. Like me, she never got along with her mother and her father who was her entire world, died from complications caused by his cardiologist. She was also a preteen when she lost her father.
Finally Jane was with the man she truly loved and having a baby of her own who she could love. Well Jane’s whole world was shattered. Justin informed Jane that his management team Scooter Braun felt she was not good for Justin’s image and pressured Justin to be paired with model Hailey Baldwin (actor Stephen Baldwin’s daughter even though his heart was truly with Jane.
So Justin Bieber left my goddaughter Jane alone and pregnant with his child. Devastated and crushed Jane blocked Justin on every platform and tried to move on with her life and career. In 2021 she also discovered she had mononucleosis which she contracted from Justin Bieber which he publicly admitted to having along with Lyme Disease.
However periodically Justin would reach out to check on his baby. Jane refused to speak to him. Justin would aggressively pursue contact. He would reach out to Jane’s inner circle of friends and family. He would also use his friends and family social media accounts and phones to send messages and text.
So to get to how Mother Diva ended up in the middle of this Hollywood Love Triangle. On August 13, 2021, I received a text message from Jane stating Justin’s underaged sister was going around friending her friends and family on Facebook and asked if I had gotten a friends request from Jazmyn Bieber. I did indeed receive the request. I asked my Goddaughter, Jane, if she thought it was Justin hiding behind the page or if it was really his sister’s page. She said she would reach out to her mother Erin Wagner to find out. After all Jane was like family to all of them. Ms. Wagner confirmed it was Jazmyn’s Facebook page.
So I sent Jazmyn a message to find out why she requested me and went to her page and found this very disturbing post: “Wish I had one person to talk to who understands”. I was not sure if this was Justin’s creative divisive plan to get my attention or if this person really needed help. So I asked her why did she send me a friends request? I decided to do some research and googled Jazmyn Bieber and to my shock realized I had been talking to a 13 year old emotionally disturbed little girl.
I immediately messaged her and told her I do not speak to children without their parents permission and that it was not safe and too late for her to be on social media. I immediately looked up Erin Wagner on Instagram and reported the incident to her mother. However I got no response, she may not have seen the message but I did my part as a responsible adult.
I was livid and became very upset my blood pressure was going up. I began hyperventilating. This child was not protected and it caused me to have flashbacks of my childhood because I had not been protected either.
I immediately contacted my goddaughter Jane. I was screaming obscenities. I said this fool has gone too far! This is so low to use his 13 year old baby sister to contact me just to get your attention. What does he want? Why is he constantly trying to reach you? Then I thought OMG! The baby!. I said ” Did you tell him you lost that baby” ? She replied, “No Mama, I didn’t tell him because it was too painful to talk about”. I said, “that’s why he is so desperate to reach you. He thinks you are hiding his baby”.
I threatened violence against them both and screamed, “Tell him you lost that baby and tell him I’m going to sue his ass for causing me stress”.
So I tried to find an attorney to send a settlement request letter, no one would take my case. I reached out to 8 attorneys. 2 never responded, 5 said no because it was a Hollywood high-profiled case and 1 said no because it was a minor involved. So I sent settlement request letters on my own and got no response.
The statute of limitations was about to run out. So I had to file the court papers by August of 2023.
I was suing Justin Bieber, his sister Jazmyn Bieber, and her parents, Erin Wagner and Jeremy Bieber. In Illinois we have a law known as The Parents Responsibility Act. A minor may be sued via their parents.
My only legal background was in election law. So I went to www.lawdepot.com and typed the brief. I went to the court, applied for a fee waiver and filed the case. After 2 amendment complaints by my cousin in-law Brenda Braxton a legal secretary assisting me, the judge found it sufficient to proceed to Calendar C. Now it was time to serve the defendants. Jazmyn and her parents reside in Stratford Ontario, Canada. I had to find a process server in Canada. So I googled and found Ashley Hopper of Huron County Process Servers. I had Erin Wagner served on her job. I had to get several continuances to attempt service on all defendants. Erin Wagner never showed up in court in April or June.
I felt what kind of parent doesn’t show up in court on Zoom? It’s not like she had to come physically to Chicago. After all, her daughter was being sued by an adult in Chicago.
I attempted service on Justin Bieber in Beverly Hills, CA via Los Angeles County Sheriff. He was never there.

I was still trying to serve Jeremy Bieber. I had to find another process server because it was very challenging for me and Ms. Hopper with payment. I had to wire her cash via Western Union which was a long distance for her to drive and she charged me for transportation to and from Western Union. Mailing a money order to Canada takes weeks especially dealing with customs, even Fedex takes 10 to 12 days.
I reached out to a few more process servers and they were working on locating Jeremy Bieber which brings me now to September. I had another court hearing. My plan was to ask for another continuance to get Jeremy Bieber served but to my surprise, I didn’t have to. The defendants’ lawyer showed up.
He filed a motion to dismiss the case of course. There was no settlement offer.
The lawyer and I spoke. I agreed to drop the case if Justin Bieber would agree to look me in my face and apologize to me, cover the defense counsel fees for him.and his family, and let me speak my peace for 7 minutes. I didn’t even ask for my own fees of serving court documents, copies, and travel expenses to and from court.
The lawyer Ryan Jacobson of Amudsen Davis-Chicago agreed to relay the message to Mr. Bieber. I was very emotional. My goddaughter and I had not spoken in a year because I filed against Justin Bieber. She was still in love with him. I just wanted an apology and my daughter back.
Our next court hearing was in October. The Judge gave me 30 days to file a response and he would rule on the case on November 21. In the meantime. I was informed via hearsay that Attorney Jacobson allegedly did not tell Justin Bieber about my offer to drop the case if he apologized, however he was not going to apologize anyway.
I was willing to drop a 5 million dollars for an apology. I was extremely crushed. How could this person be so cruel? Justin Bieber would rather spend thousands of dollars to defend himself and his family then to apologize to me.
On November 21. We both won and we both lost. The Judge dismissed the case without prejudice and in the same breath said to me, “your appeal starts now, fix this complaint, add more elements and bring it back in January and I will decide if we can proceed to trial or dismiss it with prejudice. (means I would have to file an appeal in the Appellate Court ) Defense Counsel was mad 😠. All the angels in heaven on my side. I walked out the courtroom praising Yahshua.
I still have no attorney but I do consult with attorneys for advice. I’m on a media tour continuing to share my story and to warn parents to monitor their children’s social media activity. Parents need to be aware that older siblings may be encouraging younger siblings who are minors to engage in inappropriate activity on social media. Justin Bieber coerced his 13 year old baby sister to contact adults on social media who are strangers. That is contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Using a minor to 3rd party stalk and 3rd party harass grown strangers on the internet is a crime. I did report this to the Canadian authorities and the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office.
Since I could not get an apology my new amended complaint is for 10 million dollars, an apology to me, an apology to his sister who is now 16 years old and I’m also requesting he turn himself in to the authorities for contributing to a delinquency of a minor.

My goal is to get more parents of preteens and teenagers to stand with me. I want a law passed that minors 17 and under will only be allowed to have a flip phone and no app phones. Parents need to remove all internet accessible devices from children at bedtime. What was this 13 year old girl Justin Bieber’s little sister doing up at midnight sending friend’s requests and talking to grown ass strangers on Facebook? This is outrageous. Parents please take this seriously and protect your little ones. The internet is a dangerous place for children. I’m on a mission to protect our children.

Toriano Adaryll Jackson The First, was born October 15, 1953 in Gary Indiana to Katherine and Joseph Jackson. He was the 3rd child born to this union.
The young Jackson brothers often sang songs while during chores, mainly songs they heard on the radio.
Now Joe Jackson had a band called “The Falcons” and Mom Katherine enjoyed country and western music she would often sing to. Music was in Tito’s DNA.
Tito’s brother Sigmund Esco aka Jackie had a friend who was a musician named Reynaud Jones. The Jackson Brothers would often go over to Reynaud’s home to be in a musical environment. They all soaked up the musical energy.
