Try One of These Spooky Recipies

With Halloween right around the corner, it’s time for Halloween parties, trick-or-treating and more ghoulish fun. If you’re tired of the same party food at your work potluck or school event, try one of these spooky Halloween recipes from Blain’s Farm & Fleet.

Stacked Jack-O-Lanterns Mini Donuts – Create a cute mini tower of pumpkins – using mini donuts! This recipe from Wilton requires a little work, but the results are absolutely adorable.

  1. Halloween Chocolate Peanut Butter Bark – Chocolate bark is perfect for any holiday, but you can give it a spooky twist with your favorite Halloween candy. This recipe from See Vanessa Craft is easy to make, and the kids can help decorate the bark with sprinkles, pretzels and candy.
  2. Mummy Pumpkin Cookies – You can’t have Halloween treats without something pumpkin-flavored. That’s where these cute mummy pumpkin cookies from Oh My Goodness Chocolate Desserts come in. Plus, if you don’t like pumpkin, you can always substitute a different filling.
  3. Witch Hats Rice Krispie Treats If you’re looking for an easy treat, these witch hat rice krispie treats from Two Sisters Crafting are great for any Halloween party. Simply follow the classic Rice Krispies recipe, add some food coloring, and shape into cute witch hats.
  4. Peanut Butter Cut Out Cookies Nothing beats a good cut out cookie, perfectly decorated for the holidays. The Merchant Baker puts a spin on cut out cookies – with peanut butter! Once the cookies cool down, you and the kids can decorate your own adorable pumpkins. They’re the perfect treat after a day of pumpkin carving.
  5. Spooky Halloween 7 Layer Dip Not all Halloween treats have to be sweet. Transform seven layer dip into a spooky spider web with this recipe from My Recipe Magic. It’s super easy to make – all you have to do is assemble the ingredients on a platter. And don’t forget the tortilla chips!
  6. Spooky Spider Cookies Similar to peanut butter blossom cookies, these spooky spider cookies combine chocolate and peanut butter for a tasty Halloween treat. With Life is Poppin’s recipe for both the peanut butter cookies and chocolate spiders, you and the kids can easily make a treat everyone will like.
  7. Spooky Ghost Pizza Yes, even pizza can be spooky for Halloween when you use this recipe from Chef Mom. It’s a great way to incorporate the spirit of Halloween into your weeknight meals, or you can serve it at your upcoming Halloween party.
  8. Monster Toes This recipe from the Craft Patch might be the easiest one yet. You only need two ingredients – circus peanuts and fruit runts candy. All you have to do is smoosh the runt candy on the end of the circus peanut, and you have fun little monster toes.
  9. Halloween Candy Popcorn Balls Popcorn balls and caramel apples are signature fall treats. If you want something a little different, try making the Halloween candy popcorn balls from Tastemade. The ooey gooey popcorn balls are served on a stick, loaded with leftover Halloween candy, chocolate and caramel.
