A new market is opening in Westville Indiana called the “Market on Main.” It is comprised of local entrepreneurs with a Vintage and Artisan focus. Folks are invited to walk down Main Street in Westville, Indiana and enjoy artisan + vintage vendors along with local craft beer + wine! This Market is an annual event to be held on Saturday, June 1st, 2019 from 10am – 4pm.
Each year the Westville Area Chamber of Commerce works to identify a local cause for the beer tent to benefit, and teams up with local businesses to make it happen. Last year, Four Fathers Brewing LLC, Burn ‘Em Brewing, and Misbeehavin’ Meads worked together to raise $1,100 that was donated to a child in our community who was recovering from liver cancer.
This year, we are excited to announce we have partnered with Jimmy’s of Westville who will be sponsoring a beer tent with a portion of proceeds being donated to local nonprofit, Caitlyn’s Cause. Not only will they be offering wine & domestic beer by Miller, they will be featuring local craft brews from Michigan City brewery, Burn ‘Em Brewing!
Caitlyn’s Cause will also be on location collecting donations and sponsoring a kid’s play area with a tattoo station, bounce house, carnival games, snow cones, cotton candy, and lemonade!
This is going to be such a fun event with over 40 vendors! Be sure to come out, shop small, and support a local nonprofit!
