Chiari Malformation is a condition that affects 1 out of 1000 people. It’s a condition that causes brain tissue to go into your spinal chord, causing neck, shoulder, back and spine pain. It also causes dizziness, vertigo, low heart rate and sleep apnea.
“Apparently I was born with it. Chiari is basically a dipped or lowered skull. It was seen on an MRI as a incidental finding,” said Mother Diva. I will share my story in another article at a later time.
Some have claimed to have reverse the condition by using an inversion table 5 minutes a day. Others have had decompression surgery. Mother Diva did not require surgery.

I noticed that there were no walks in Indiana or Illinois so last Saturday I drove to Wisconsin for their walk and created a walk for this weekend.
