The final closing of the Spring Into The Arts – VCS event will feature a scavenger hunt throughout downtown Valparaiso searching for none other than….. Mr. Vincent Van Gogh.
Attendees will receive a clue which will in turn lead to a clever adventure of GUESSING the next location from a list of participating downtown businesses. All while tracking down Van Gogh, attendees will collect important ‘momentos’ along the way as well as one-day only coupons from businesses. (Whoo Hoo!) Attendees of all ages will search for the lost legend, exploring local gems along the way. This is truly an interactive adventure that would excite Van Gogh himself!
Random winners will be drawn to receive spectacular Van Gogh-inspired prizes. We will have an interactive art piece to be created by attendees themselves! And! Every attendee will create something Van Gogh-esque with items collected from their adventure.
We will also have EXTRA-ORDINARY performances lined up from VCS Choir, Band, Orchestra, Theater students, as well as LIVE street artists throughout the day! Save the date for our finale Spring into the @rts event!
