Our Miniature Steam Railway crew is planning a “Doubleheader” where two locomotives will pull an extra long train during the Independence Celebration weekend Saturday July 5th. This time the Kiddieland Limited streamliner will take the lead.
—These locomotive were built in the 1940s and we’ll have a video history on Kiddieland posted here and on our ticktock tonight.
The entire event will be Friday through Sunday July 4, 5 and 6th but if you want to ride the Double Header visit Saturday the 5th.
In addition, the museum will have lots of exhibits in operation, including all three of our railroads to ride, sawmill, blacksmith shop, and Steamworks museum gallery. Doc’s Soda Fountain will be serving ice cream and full lunches just steps away from the action. Don’t miss this big three days!
