Looking for a safe trick or treating experience for your ghost and goblins!

Boo at the Zoo is a treat for the whole family, so fly your broomstick on down to the Washington Park Zoo and spend a kid-friendly, merry, and not so scary day with the animals.

A safe trick or treating experience for your ghost and goblins! Area businesses sponsor booths along the decorated zoo paths and hand out candy to the kids.

* The little ones are encouraged to dress up in their favorite wild costumes! For the safety and comfort of all our little guests, adults are not permitted to wear masks or makeup that would obscure the face. Masks are only allowed for children ages 12 and under.

Two trick or treating sessions’ are available, but only a limited number of tickets will be sold per session and this event will sell out. Advance tickets are recommended and all sales will end when we reach the final count due to the candy supply.

Session one: Gates open at 11:30 until 1:30 with trick or treating ending and the zoo closing at 2:00 pm

Session two: Gates opening at 3:30 until 5:30 with trick or treating ending and the zoo closing at 6:00 p.m.
