All Dish Restaurant fans have been waiting to learn more about this special addition to downtown, so getting this tour was extra special. 🙌🏼 Here’s a little overview from Evan Costas:

“The famously former “Tony’s Pizza” building was transformed into a new and exciting downtown dining destination that   serves delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner. This expansive space at 218 Lincolnway will house two sister restaurants: Birdie’s Diner and Next Door at Birdies.

Both restaurants will provide alfresco dining on the new expansive outdoor deck along Morgan Avenue. Birdie’s Diner and Next Door at Birdie’s are owned and operated by Costas Restaurant Group and plan to open in September, 2024”
