Valparaiso Creative Council Announces Sip + Social Speakeasy Fundraiser

Valparaiso Creative Council presents our first-ever immersive event where the glamorous 1920s meets Lower Lincoln in a distinctive theatrical, musical, and artistic experience! Expect the unexpected, with this rare underground gem that is sure to deliver you to the Golden Era of the roaring 20s.
“It is so exciting for Memorial Opera House to showcase local talent in a whole new way! This speakeasy event has our performers over the moon with ideas and surprises for everyone who attends. It will be a wonderful celebration and we are thrilled Valparaiso Creative Council decided to promote performance art for its first event of 2024!” – Megan Stoner, Executive Director of Memorial Opera House

This is a night to dress to the nines in official 1920’s high-fashion where interactive art will greet you at the door. Be sure to have your password ready when you arrive. Don’t let the doorman deter you from our undisclosed entrance, it’s his job to make your arrival memorable. You’ll be ushered through a backdrop of theatrical performances, rare talent on display, and meander through even more unexpected twists and turns where glitz, glamor, pearls, and curls are all a part of the flapper frenzy. The Event takes place on Wednesday April 24th, 2024, at Lower Lincoln, 212 W. Lincolnway, Valparaiso, Indiana.

This is an event that is not to be missed.

At the heart of this initiative is The Valparaiso Creative Council, serving as a bridge for our artists and community. VCC connects artistic opportunities to all stakeholders through exciting community projects, initiatives, fundraisers, and events such as this. #TheROARING24 #VCCspeakeasy
