Valparaiso Announces Summer Concert Series

Valparaiso Events is currently working on guidelines to safely host these concerts, please stay tuned.

Featuring a fabulous variety of artists and musical styles, this summer concert series is a treat for music lovers of all ages. On special Thursday nights throughout the summer, concertgoers gather under a beautiful night sky at The Porter Health Amphitheater in Central Park Plaza. Bring your picnic, your blanket or chairs, and get ready to tap your feet at this free summer highlight event.

Admission is FREE and all concerts begin at 7pm on the following Thursdays:

2024 SCHEDULE! 
July 18 – Small Town – John Mellencamp Tribute Band

July 25 – Gone 2 Paradise – Jimmy Buffet Tribute Band 

August 1 – The Scoop – A jam/rock band from Valparaiso, Indiana. Adding elements of funk, soul, and boogie from Valparaiso

August 8 – Vintage Postcard  – modern, pop-centric band playing modern tunes with a vintage, jazzy twist.

August 15 – Lauren Dukes Band – Singing blues, soul, jazz and R&B to receptive audiences throughout the Chicago area.

August 22 – Dylan Raymond – Nashville Recording Artist

      Two years in the making, the popular Fox Art Gallery Variety Open Mic has returned. The Pandemic hit the arts and artists hard. One of those people affected, was Georgia Fox Hatfield and The Fox Gallery. After six years in business, the Fox Gallery was forced to close it’s doors in November of 2020. In 2023 Fox Gallery curated an art show at the Sip Coffee House, and Georgia Fox Hatfield’s artwork is now online as a result.
