Even though the rules have changed, if everyone is careful of where they go and how candy is distributed, Trick or Treat can be safe in 2020. Several towns in Northwest Indiana have opted to allow Trick or Treat to continue as a holiday tradition it has become. Below are the Northwest Indiana towns that are having Trick or Treat this year, and the ones that have been cancelled. TBD means “To Be Determined.”
