by Mother Diva’s House,
Greetings to you all and welcome to FALL! LOL. Well it is that time of year again. I am making preparations for my Annual Pre-halloween Street Brunch Giveaway. This year the event will be held in Chicago Heights, IL
I started the street brunch in 2022 in front of 2300 Jackson St, Michael Jackson’s childhood home, however due to irreconcilable differences I have had with certain Gary Indiana City Officials until further notice and until we can reach a resolution I will no longer produce events in front of 2300 with the exception of a gathering I planned for Jackson’s 60th birthday in May 2026.
I just want to be clear. I believe Mayor Eddie Melton and his beautiful wife First Lady Crystal have done a fantastic job revitalizing Gary, however it is the City’s staff that has created the issues. I LOVE THE RESIDENTS OF GARY. If you do not mind taking a trip to Illinois I will be happy to serve you. I wish everyone well in the city of Gary Indiana as they continue their future endeavors. Thank you State Rep. Vernon Smith for all you do in the community.
