The Schererville Chamber of Commerce holds their Annual Corn Roast the end of July every year where almost everyone from Schererville attends. This Event was re-scheduled to Saturday, September 16th
The festival hours are from 4pm to 11pm! Folks always expect Great food, vendors, and entertainment!
And did we mention, all you can eat corn on the cob? The mouth-watering corn is dipped in melted butter to taste, or not, either way, the bats of corn and butter are at arms length for everyone to enjoy their seconds and third helpings.
The Corn Roast Hours 4pm to 8pm. The Beer Garden is open from 4pm to 11pm with live music from the Crawpuppies
The kids enjoy the Backyard Bouncers for the kids, vendors with kid’s games and more.
To satisfy your taste buds, there is always plenty of Food vendors such as: Butter Up! Gourmet popcorn, Dan’s Pierogies, Izzy’s Sweet Spot, Rosati’s Pizza, The Big Weiner, Bud’s Spuds and Welch’s, Strack & Van Til’s and All Soup’d Up!
