Park Plays takes place at 6:30 pm on Thursday evenings at Indiana Dunes State Park. There is no fee for the performance, however, the State Park per car entry fee still applies. Patrons are encouraged to pack a picnic, grab a blanket or beach chairs and join in the free family entertainment. Performances last 45 minutes to one hour and in case of inclement weather are held at one of the park’s shelters. Follow signs in the park.
In light of COVID-19 and Governor Holcomb’s social distancing recommendations, guests are asked to please maintain six feet of distance between their party and neighboring guests, wear masks, wash hands frequently, and use hand sanitizer.
Park Plays is made possible by the support of the Indiana Arts Commission, a state agency; National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency; South Shore Arts; Indiana Department of Natural Resources; and Indiana Dunes Tourism. Without these partners we would not be able to offer this extraordinary access to live theatre and entertainment.
