Michigan City Announces Snowflake Parade

With the Holiday Season quickly upon us, many thoughts turn to the holidays and the Snowflake Parade. The Mayor’s office of Special Events and the Michigan City Fire Department are proud to announce the return of Michigan City’s Snowflake Parade.

The parade will take Place on Saturday, December 3rd, 2022 with a 5:00 kickoff. The route will be from 10th street to 4th Street up Franklin Street with the lineup starting at 3:00 on 10th Street and running up Washington Street.

The Festival of the Lights will take place a half hour after the parade in Washington Park. Printable parade applications can be acquired off the city website under events.
