**** Highly Recommended **** I loved Marriott’s cheeky new production of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”! I think the trouble with business is that it takes itself way too seriously. After watching the irreverent, laugh-out-loud fun in “How to Succeed in Business”, you’ll never look at business in the same way again. Administrative professionals might have replaced secretaries and the technology might be a teensy bit out of date – after all, it was written in 1961 – everything else, still relevant! I give it 4 BIG Spotlights.
“How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying” runs through October 16th at the Marriott Theatre, 10 Marriott Drive, Lincolnshire. Running time is 2 hours, 35 minutes, with an intermission. Performances are Wednesdays at 1:00 and 8:00 pm; Thursdays and Fridays at 8:00 pm; Saturdays at 4:30 and 8:00 pm; and Sundays at 1:00 and 5:00 pm. Tickets range from $50-$55.
