Fighting the Coronavirus

The practitioners at Healing Arts Center would like to share the BEST way to fight the Coronavirus, as well as the flu virus, which has also hit hard this season.

Keep your immune system strong!!!  A strong immune system will help battle all the viruses and bacteria that you are exposed to.  That means taking care of yourself sensibly.

Eat good quality foods low in sugar.  One teaspoon of sugar can lower your immune system for 16 hours!  One can of soda can contain 8 teaspoons of sugar!  Eat three meals a day to keep your blood sugar stable.  Include fresh foods rather than canned or processed.

Also, get enough rest.  Late nights and early mornings don’t equate to a strong immune system.

Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated.

Using a good probiotic can also help by strengthening the gut: 90% of your immune system is in your gut.

Stay away from large crowds or people who are known to be sick.  Don’t tempt fate!

Taking some quality supplements for helping your immune may also be helpful, such as garlic, elderberry, olive and oregano, zinc, and vitamin C to name a few.

If you do get sick, consider an IV therapy such as ozone, high dose vitamin C, and ultraviolet blood infusions to help get you over that hump.  If you have questions, please call Healing Arts Center today!

Healing Arts Center is located at 2307 LaPorte Ave., St. 10, Valparaiso Indiana and can be reached by calling: 219-510-5623.

One of the Early Signs is Lack of taste and lack of smell.
