Gary Plans Fall Festival on Oct. 31st

The City of Gary will host the Fall Harvest Festival on Monday, October 31, 2020.  We present this event each year to offer an alternative to door-to-door Trick or Treating on city streets. This year’s Fall Harvest Festival will be held at the Hudson-Campbell Fitness Center, 455 Massachusetts Street.

Every year parents bring their children to the Fall Festival in Gary, Indiana for fun, games, prizes, activities and most of all to receive the treat bags filled with candy that children love.  In past years they have served 500 -1000 Gary children and youth and we look forward to continuing that tradition.  We hope that you as a supporter of the City of Gary will join us in this continued effort to keep our children safe on the day of this annual observance.

Individuals and Businesses may make monetary donations that will help with providing games, face painting and other activities or by donating toward candy purchases.  Whatever the amount, Gary is grateful for your support.

The City of Gary looks forward to your participation in this city-wide effort.  We ask that all donations be made payable to the City of Gary referencing the Harvest Festival by October 21, 2020.  Donations may be forwarded to the City of Gary Department of Communications, City Hall, 1st floor. If you have questions or would like to participate as a vendor or in some other way, please contact 886-7099.

Thank you in advance for your commitment to the Gary community and to this event for our children.
