The Gary Business Development Committee and the Gary Chamber of Commerce is hosted a mobile tour on Thursday, Jan 27th, 2022. Businesses that are on the precipice of creating jobs and opportunities for people in Gary and the Greater Northwest Indiana community were visited.
An added bonus is that Frank J. Mrvan accompanied the group and witnessed firsthand some of the amazing things happening in the District. At each stop the group and the Congressman got a firsthand look and have a short dialogue and exchange with the various entrepreneurs.
According to Nerome Nelson, Chairman of the Chamber’s Economic Development Committee, “this will be huge to further encourage these particular businesses to also provide inspiration to others who choose to venture into the business world.”
