Coming to Footlight theater April 1-3 and 7-10, 2022 is the fast-paced comedy, Drinking Habits by Tom Smith. There you’ll meet two nuns of the Sisters of Perpetual Sewing (Dee Piotrowski and Joy Scott) who have been secretly making wine to keep the doors of the convent open.
However, Mother Superior believes that they are only producing grape juice from their vineyard. Enter Paul and Sally, tabloid reporters and former fiancees, disguised as a nun and a priest and ready to get a scoop on the wine-making Sisters. With the addition of a new nun, paranoia hits the convent that spies have been sent from Rome to shut the convent’s doors. Accusations, mistaken identities, romance and fast paced comedy run wild in this traditional laugh-out-loud farce.
