Folds of Honor Car Show – Postponed

Save the Date! On May 23rd, 2020 Currie Ford of Valparaiso will be hosting our annual Memorial Day Weekend Event to raise money for the Folds of Honor – Northwest Indiana (Facebook Link) Foundation! The car and truck show takes place from 11am – 3pm. Registration for the car and truck show starts at 9 am ( NO EARLY BIRDS PLEASE!) Registration is a $10 donation to the Folds of Honor Foundation. Registration is open to the public, everyone is welcome! This show is judged. 

 

ABOUT:

In 2011 and 2012 the Northwest Indiana Folds of Honor Foundation’s fund raising committee was been honored with awards for attaining donation level in the top 25 fund raising programs in the country.

This could only be achieved by many hours of volunteer effort by a large group of people. Together they help out to the families of our fallen heroes by supporting the educational efforts if those that have paid such a huge price for the freedom of our country.

Folds of Honor Foundation provides educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving our great nation.

 
Founding date
The Folds of Honor Foundation was founded by Major Dan Rooney in 2007 and the Northwest Indiana committee was formed in 2011. Their facebook page is “Folds of Honor – Northwest Indiana” and their website is http://www.fohnwi.com.
