Express Yourself Workshop – Chesterton

“Express Yourself” work shop at Bringing Balance in Chesterton Indiana, Sunday March 20, from 2-4 pm conjures up thoughts of Madonna, leg warmers, and stylish hair with bright make-up. Vision Quest Consulting invites you to utilize gems, strategies, and relaxation to attain self-actualizing goals.

Jayde Starmapper from Pieces of Jayde will lead a crystal making necklace segment with parts of jewelry that will be available.

You are also encouraged to bring items that you love to incorporate or change up.  While crafting you can also speak with Becky Mateja, MPA about putting goals into action.  A Stephen Covey principle of starting with a plan in mind allows you to “See It to Be It”, a phrase the Hall of Famer uses to coach the student athletes she trains.

Also in attendance will be Debbie Soule, who teaches techniques of kinesio learned from Master trainer Bob Gajda to relax, including touch therapy.  “We love the monthly topics and hope to attend many more.”  John Dunda, Chesterton, Indiana.

To hold a spot, Zelle $40 to 219-921-4584.  Healthy food and drink will be available.  Bringing Balance also holds, Meditation/Massage, Yoga/Bowls, and Ballet Sculpt/Visioning as well as the FREE Dance Support Group.  And for those who are still struggling with 20 or more lbs of stubborn weight, the formula will be available that day as well.

This event will be held at Bringing Balance Health and Wellness Center, located inside the Factory Suites at 1050 Broadway, Ste. 8, Chesterton Indiana.
