This will include an outdoor hike where participants will learn the kind of soil and conditions where each plant grows. They will also learn about companion plants and will distinguish any plants that might be poisonous look-alikes. The workshop will include an indoor component where we will enjoy some simple foods and infusions/teas. Each participant will receive a handout with pictures of the plants and explanations of how to find, prepare and enjoy them at home.
