The Underground Lit Fest –a weekend of literary loveliness to celebrate and support small presses and independent authors. MEET AND GREET, BOOK & ZINE FAIR, OPEN MIC, SPEAKEASY, FEATURED READING LEGIT AF. The events will take place in the performance and common areas of an artist live/work building in the Uptown Arts District of Michigan City, Indiana. Not only a beautiful place along Lake Michigan to visit in the summer, the Arts District is home to a growing number of art galleries, performance venues and special events.

ALL EVENTS ARE FREE OF ADMISSION CHARGES AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. MUST BE 21+ TO ENTER THE SPEAKEASY.

Participating authors and presses informal meet and greet following the 1st Friday Art Walk (8pm)

BOOK & ZINE FAIR: 11am-5pm
