The Hammond Public Library’s Novel Conversations Book Discussion meets Monday, June 6, at 6:30 p.m. Those attending will discuss  Private: #1 Suspect by James Patterson and Maxine Pietro. Copies of the book are available at the front desk one month before the book is discussed. Information is with Mary Schons, the library’s Head of Information Services, at (219) 931-5100, Ext. 310. The library is at 564 State St., at the intersection of Sibley and Sohl.
