Pre-sale ordering is strongly recommended as each year several varieties completely sell out to the pre-sale order customers! Order forms are available at the Indiana Dunes National Park Visitor Center and the State Park Nature Center. You can download a copy at dunefriends.org/native-plant-sale-2022. Ordering deadline is April 9, 2022.

Have questions or need assistance, please contact the Friends’ Chair, Angel Gochee-Goins, by calling 219-707-3617 or emailing angel@dunefriends.org.

Combining native plants into your landscape will increase its beauty and attract native pollinators such as butterflies and hummingbirds to your property. Over 90 plant species, including large selections of woodland flowering plants and ferns; dry, medium, and wet prairie flowering plants; as well as grasses, shrubs, and trees will be available in pots. Most species are native to Lake, Porter and LaPorte counties.

The 26th Annual Friends of Indiana Dunes’ Native Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 9:00am to 1:00pm. The sale will be held at the Friends’ Office located at 1000 W. Oak Hill Road in Porter, IN (northwest corner of Mineral Springs and Oak Hill Roads with GPS coordinates 41.629814 – 87.087099).

All proceeds from the Native Plant Sale support our partners: Indiana Dunes National Park, Indiana Dunes State Park and Dunes Learning Center.
