Whiting Public Library’s “Friends of the Library” Annual Used Book Sale will take place on October 25 and October 26 from 9a.m. to 4p.m. Mark your calendar for the best buys in town. Think how cozy a good couch read will be when the first winter winds blow so come stock up on books for winter reading and support our historic Whiting Public Library.
Also with Christmas in mind, think what a great gift a book would make!
Right now the Friends are accepting donations of books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, and VHS tapes to add to their wonderful collection of children’s books, magazines of all kinds, and hardbound and paperbacks on every subject under the sunThe library may be reached by calling: 219-473-4700.
