3rd semi-annual street art festival along Lake Street in Gary’s Miller Beach neighborhood. Over 60 artists will be transforming walls on businesses along Lake Street and in the alleyways, along with live music, beer tent, art and craft vendors, food vendors and children’s activities. Lake Effekt 2015 drew over 800 people – make sure you are one of them!
