As local nonprofit charity, Our Community Inc. raises funds to install a kitchen to serve the community, they are also creating ways to positively impact the community through programs that help community members help themselves.
This holiday season we are encouraging people to shop local. Whether your needs are baked goods, Christmas gifts or personal services the Indoor Holiday Market has something for everyone. Shopping local allows community members to support their families and also helps build our community,” says Staci Pearman the President of Our Community Inc.
Our Community Inc. is hosting a festive Indoor Holiday Market at 6534 American Way, Portage Indiana, every weekend in November, December and January (except Christmas and New Year’s weekends). Saturday hours will be 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday hours will be 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. The Holiday Market will consist of local vendors such as Mary Kay, Norwix, Pampered Chef, Perfectly Posh, Premeir Designs Jewelry, Scentsy, Tupperware, Thirty-One, etc. and will have crafters and homemade baked goods.
