Join the Whiting Public Library at the Oil City Stadium this Friday, October 2 for all kinds of Halloween fun at 6 pm! Wear your costume, play games, and stay to watch Hocus Pocus (movie starts at dusk- 6:40). Bring $$ because food and drinks will be available! Also, remember a blanket to cuddle up under!
