The perfect day to get a head start on good health! The Valparaiso Family YMCA and St. Mary Medical Center will host their annual Health Family Day that will feature a variety of medical and wellness screenings and related activities and demonstrations geared toward healthy living for all ages.
Screenings include: blood pressure; bone density; pulmonary function; peripheral vascular disease; BMI/body composition; vision check; one-minute EKG and more!
As part of the event the Y will provide one-on-one swim lessons for children and adults, along with water safety training and other aquatic activities. To register for swim lessons call 219-462-4185.
