Purdue Extension Nutrition Education Program is sponsoring a free exercise program beginning October 4, 2016 and continuing through November 17. The class will meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 12:15 p.m. at the Madeline and George Smrt Center, 301 Grant Street, Michigan City. Feel free to join at any time. This is a muscle-toning fitness program, mostly done seated in a chair. Plan to wear comfortable clothes and supportive shoes. Please consult your health care provider before starting any new exercise program. Contact Jody Kutch at 219-324-9407 with additional questions.
