Wolf Lake Park Pavillion
Bring your blankets and your lawn chairs for a free concert at the Pav.
Performing will be Dick Diamond and the Dusters. They are a “tribute/novelty/entertainment” act whose purpose is to relive the glory days of 70s & 80s nostalgia. Dick Diamond provides top quality entertainment, maintain a packed dance floor, and put a smile on everyone’s faces. Dick Diamond and the Dusters is the concept of a fictitious, bitter, and “past his prime” nightclub singer with his backup band of eccentric and over-the-top 70’s characters. They combine comedy, stellar musicianship, outlandish wardrobes, antics, audience interaction, clever marketing, an elaborate stage-show, and a timeless catalog of catchy and memorable songs, Dick Diamond and the Dusters is more than just your normal Friday or Saturday night run-of- the-mill bar band. It is an extravaganza! Locally, there is no other band who can offer the “total package” of entertainment value. You can be one of the growing “a list” establishments known for “going the extra mile” to deliver top quality entertainment by bringing Dick Diamond and the Dusters to your venue!
Just 20 minutes from Chicago, The PAV (Pavilion at Wolf Lake) is a new outdoor concert venue located on the shores of Wolf Lake in Hammond, Indiana. “The PAV” and its tower design were inspired by the 1895 Frank Lloyd Wright amusement resort concept for Wolf Lake.
With a 2,600 square foot main stage and 86,000 square feet of concrete and grass for seating, the PAV plays host to all kinds of concerts and activities including annual events like the Festival of the Lakes, the WHAM! Bike Ride, and the 4th of July Naturalization Ceremony
