Festival of Lights Michigan City Drive Thru

    From December 7th, 2024   thru January 5th 2025   (recurring daily) you can take your family to see the Festival of Lights at Washington Park 115 Lakeshore Dr. Michigan City, IN 46360

     Over five million individual bulbs light up a variety of holiday and traditional displays that are truly a sight to behold! It is the largest free drive-through light exhibit in the Midwest. This has been an annual event for 30 years at Washington Park. http://www.michigancityparks.com

      Join us for the count down as all of the holiday light displays in Washington Park are turned on at once! You will not soon forget this breath-taking moment! Nearly 30 acres of decorations, 40 displays, 2 miles of extension cords, and millions of bulbs are on display! 

    Park entrance is FREE during this time, however, donations are welcome.

     Thank you for supporting the Festival of Holiday Lights. The continued success of the Festival would not be possible without the generosity of many people. Some donate their time and talents, while others sponsor the various events with a monetary donation. Contact the Michigan City Park Department at (219) 873-1506 to find out how you can volunteer!
