he Portage Event Partnership is partnering with the Portage Kiwanis this year to bring Christmas to the city on Dec. 3.
The Portage Kiwanis is sponsoring the return of the Portage Christmas Parade — Santa’s Parade of Toys — beginning at 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3. The route will be from Willowcreek Road and Central Avenue to Founders Plaza.
PEP will be hosting this year’s tree lighting ceremony.
Portage Kiwanis is looking for groups, businesses and organizations to participate in this year’s parade.
Online is an entry form for those interested in participating in this year’s parade, which will also support the Dunes Leatherneck Detachment, serving Porter County families. This will also be a Toys for Tots collection events.
