The event is held at the Park of the Red Cedars, 7408 Constitution Ave. Cedar Lake, IN. Registration begins at 9:00 a.m. and runs until 12:00 am sharp, when judging begins. Trophies awarding will begin at 3:00 p m Registration for judging will be $20.00. The first 50 vehicles registered will receive a two raffle tickets and the first 100 vehicles registered will receive a dash plaque.
Every paying registration will receive a raffle ticket. Individuals wishing to show a car, but not register it for judging will be assessed a fee of $5.00, which will go directly to the show’s charities. Boys Scout Troop 105 will be serving a hot lunch to the show’s participants and the general public at large.
Trailers will be parked at a designated area, located near the show. Judging categories will be announced so that the car’s owners may be present or designate a stand in to be present during the process. Summerfest, Inc. takes no responsibility for personal belongings or with the vehicles entered in the show, but rest assured security will be present on the grounds and will be called as needed.
