On Sunday June 26th, Friendship Botanic Gardens will host a FREE afternoon of invertebrate adventures in the diverse natural habitats found throughout our 105 acre garden park.
Families can discover a hidden world of marvelous mini-beasts living all around us while Purdue University scientists display live creepy crawlies in an insect petting zoo.
Bring your nets and magnifying glasses to learn about the crucial roles insects play in our lives through hands-on citizen science and free children’s craft activities. It all begins at 2:00pm CDT at Friendship Botanic Gardens (formerly International Friendship Gardens) located at 2055 East US Highway 12 in Michigan City Indiana.
