The La Porte Park and Recreation Department is taking registrations for their Ballroom Dancing Classes. Couples only are welcome to register. Participants may register at the Park Office by calling 219-326-9600 weekdays from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. The six-week program has a cost of $70 per couple. Pre-registration is required.
Through the instruction of Patty Kolvek, owner of Dance Sophisticates, participants will learn the Waltz and Cha Cha. This six-week program will be held on Thursdays, from February 23 through March 30, at Cummings Lodge from 6:30-7:30 p.m. Deadline to register is Wednesday, February 22.
