DESCRIPTION:Join a ranger-led hike to the historic Bailly Homestead while l
 earning about the history of the Bailly family. You can also learn about e
 arly settlers and farmers who came to this region in the 1800s as well.\n\
 nPLEASE CHECK FOR TIMES FOR THE 1966 HIKE\n\nMeet in the Bailly/Chellberg 
 parking lot to enjoy a this fun hike every&nbsp\; &nbsp\; The hike is not 
 mandatory. You can meet the hikers at the Homesteads if you prefer. We rec
 ommend contacting the Visitor Center at 219-395-1882 for more information.
 \n\nThe Chellberg/Bailly parking lot is on Mineral Springs Road between U.
 S. 20 and Highway 12 in Porter\, Indiana. For more information on this or

 glas Center\, West Beach Entrance Station (after April 1st) or at&nbsp\;ww
 w.recreation.gov/sitepass/indu. Veterans/Military/Gold Star Family\, Acces
 s\, and 4th&nbsp\;Grade passes are&nbsp\;available&nbsp\;for free.&nbsp\;F
