**** Highly Recommended **** Guess what? You know all hyperbole you’ve read about Disney’s “Aladdin”, all those superlatives in the ads and commercials? They’re all true! “Aladdin” is truly a blockbuster! It’s an absolutely fabulous, totally gorgeous spectacle. The cast is uber-talented; the music is wonderful, the lyrics clever; the costumes and scenery are colorful and sparkly; and the special effects are awesome. I loved it! 4 BIG Spotlights
Disney’s “Aladdin” runs through September 10th at the Cadillac Palace Theatre, 151 West Randolph, Chicago. Running time is 2 hours, 30 minutes, with an intermission. Performances are Wednesdays at 2:00 and 7:30 pm; Thursdays and Fridays at 7:30 pm; Saturdays at 2:00 and 7:30; and Sundays at 1:00 and 6:30 pm. Tickets range from $44-$153. The best-priced parking option for Cadillac Palace is the garage on the corner of Franklin and Lake which charges only $16.
