     Lemon Juice
helps a sore throat, add it to your hot cider or hot tea. Lemon Juice also strengthens immunity.
Apple Cider Vinegar can prevent colds.  Adding a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, or real lemon juice, to a glass of water helps to alkalinize the body. Creating an alkaline environment helps kill bacteria and viruses. Start drinking it at the first sign of illness and repeat several times a day until the symptoms subside.
Coconut Oil Improves thyroid Function and reduces migraines. I personally put coconut oil in my coffee, make it taste good! Castor Oil relieves menstrual cramping and induces labor. Apple Cider Vinegar will help reduce high blood pressure – 3 tablespoons a day can lower blood pressure.

CLEANING SUBSTITUTES:

Coconut Oil will polish wood furniture. White Vinegar will polish silver. White Vinegar will also help unclog your drain. Castile soap cleans floors.
White vinegar cleans shower doors – Grab a spray bottle and fill it with equal parts of grease-fighting dish soap and white vinegar. Spray your glass doors, and rinse it with warm water after 20 to 30 minutes. Dry the surface with a microfiber cloth.
Use White vinegar as a General Cleaner – Mix four cups of white vinegar with four cups of water and add one tablespoon of dishwashing detergent. Pour the solution into a spray bottle and spray dirty surfaces as needed.
White Vinegar & Baking Soda Fights Hard water Stains – Pour 0.5 cup of baking soda into a bowl and add 0.25 cup white vinegar until making a paste. Apply it to the shower doors, rub the paste with a cloth, let it work, and rinse it after about 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse all paste thoroughly with warm water and dry the glass with a microfiber cloth. Use this combination as an excellent solution against hard water stains.
Ammonia – Pour ammonia and water in a ratio of 1 to 3 into a spray bottle. Spray it over the soap scum surface and let it sit a half an hour. Try to loosen dirt with a coarse scrub brush while it is still wet. Rinse the glass until removing all the ammonia and dry it with a microfiber cloth. Don’t forget to open the window or turn on ventilation since the ammonia odor is awful and strong. Plus, wear rubber gloves to protect your hands.
Furniture Polish: 1 cup olive or jojoba oil, 1/4 cup white vinegar, 3 to 4 drops lemon essential oil (optional)

BEAUTY REMEDIES:

WRINKLES: Coconut Oil Prevents Wrinkles. Can be used both topically and internally. I personally put coconut oil in my coffee, make it taste good! Coconut Oil is a Lip Gloss!
Lemon juice also helps reduce wrinkles. It’s recommended to cut and juice one fresh lemon every morning for a period of time for this to work.
Also Castor Oil strengthens eyelashes, relieves cracked heels, and softens cuticles.

HAIR BEAUTY TIPS:
Baking Soda can be used as a shampoo. Dissolve 1 tbsp of baking soda in 1 cup of water. Pour it over your scalp and give your scalp a good massage. Rinse with water.
Apple cider vinegar is also a good rinse afterwards. Mix a couple of tablespoons of apple cider vinegar with water. After shampooing and conditioning, pour the mixture over your hair evenly, working into your scalp. Let it sit for a couple of minutes
Coconut oil makes a great leave-in conditioner that hydrates and protects your hair all day. Apply a pea-sized amount to the ends of your hair, but don’t wash it out. Apply once or twice a week. For best results, use coconut oil as a conditioner 1-2 times a week.

Add three tablespoon of medicinal/food grade castor oil to a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, mix and drink up fast. Wait for half an hour. Like any stimulant laxative, castor oil shouldn’t be taken in the long term
