Art Barn Announces Fundraiser on June 4th

Art Barn School of Art announces “One To Grow On,” an evening to celebrate art and ensure late Founder Jan Sullivan’s legacy.

Art Barn School of Art is a non-profit organization providing quality art education classes for children, teens and adults of all abilities, as well as exhibitions and cultural programs. ”One To Grow On,” set for Saturday, June 4, 2022 at Valparaiso University’s Center for the Arts, will commemorate the 100th birthday of Sullivan, who was a tireless champion of the Arts in the community. This inaugural benefit serves as the Organization’s premier outreach and fundraising effort.

The event, a fun, festive evening of drinks, dinner and dancing, will honor Sullivan, acknowledge Art Barn’s 50-year history, and support the continuation and growth of its programming and operations.

Floral designers from all around the area will show off their creative talents with donated flower arrangements displayed throughout the space. And guests are encouraged to dress for a “garden party,” flaunting their floral patterns.

Art lovers and community leaders can impact Art Barn’s future growth by purchasing tickets or tables, sponsoring the event, and taking part in varied fundraising activities, including an art auction featuring select paintings from the Art Barn’s Legacy for Growth Collection.

This Gala will be held at the Center for the Arts – Valparaiso University, located at 1709 Chapel Drive, Valparaiso Indiana. For more information, and to purchase tickets, visit artbarnschool.org.
