The Duneland Ski Club of Northwest Indiana is now open for membership for 2018-2019. A membership drive was held at the Slide Shop at the Pines Ski Area, 674 N. Meridian (south of U.S. 6), Valparaiso.
The Slide Shop was opened for business and Duneland members were on hand to talk to interested skiers on Friday, October 19, 2019 (2 – 5:30 pm), and Saturday & Sunday Nov 9-10th, 2019 (Noon-6 pm) at Pines Ski Area in 674 N. Meridian Valparaiso (Just south of U.S. Hwy 6). Refreshments and membership information will be available. Special half-price memberships will be offered to new members only at Membership Drives. Regular single membership is $30 and couples are $35. Discounts for families with children are also available.
A full schedule of Western and weekend ski trips has been set up. Western ski trips planned include Jackson Hole, Wyoming; and Big Sky, Montana; and Whitefish, Montana. Also, weekend bus trips are planned to Whitecap, Wisconsin; Indianhead and Blackjack, Michigan; and Boyne Highlands, Michigan. Drive-up trips are also planned.
